  1. PRJ-001hardware

    Formula SAE Carbon Chassis

Aero & Chassis Team · Cal Poly Racing · Sep 2025 – Present

Manufacturing Formula SAE vehicle components on Cal Poly Racing's aero and chassis team — carbon layups, vacuum bagging, and assembly of the carbon chassis tub.

    • Contributed to a 10–15% reduction in composite fabrication time through improved material handling
    • Carbon layups, vacuum bagging, material prep, and post-processing with <2% rework rate
    • Helped prep and assemble the carbon chassis tub

    Built with

    • Carbon Fiber
    • Composite Layup
    • Vacuum Bagging
  2. PRJ-002hardware

    FRC Robot Fabrication

    Fabrication Lead · FRC Team 2976, Spartabots · Aug 2023 – Jun 2024

Fabrication Lead — team of 10

Led the fabrication team for FRC Team 2976 Spartabots, taking custom competition robot parts from CAD models to CNC-machined components.

    • Guided a team of 10 through fabrication tasks built to strict specifications
    • Designed CAD models and translated them into machine-operable instructions
    • Operated CNC machinery to turn raw material into precise components

    Built with

    • CAD Modeling
    • Onshape
    • CNC Operation
    • Robotics

    Sakkas Poster

    Sakkas Store

Live — posting to the store's Facebook and Instagram

Full-stack app that fully automates social media posting for Sakkas Store, a fashion brand — from a product URL to a carousel post on Facebook and Instagram.

    • Turns a Shopify product URL into a Facebook and Instagram carousel post, published now or scheduled
    • Generates on-brand captions with Claude in a fixed description, product link, hashtags format
    • Rebuilt scheduling on Supabase pg_cron after GitHub Actions cron proved unreliable in production

    Built with

    • Next.js
    • Supabase
    • Postgres
    • pg_cron
    • Shopify Admin API
    • Meta Graph API
    • Claude API
    • Telegram Bot API
    • Vercel
  4. PRJ-004software

    sakkas-inven-app

    Sakkas Store

QR-code warehouse inventory system for Sakkas Store, built to replace a manual process where workers searched aisles using handwritten labels and pen-marked quantities.

    • Each box's QR code points to a database ID, so a scan shows live contents, location, and quantity
    • Picking an item decrements its quantity through an API route; at zero it's removed from the box
    • Camera scanning, bulk A4 label printing, a searchable catalog, and per-box activity history

    Built with

    • Next.js
    • Postgres
    • Neon
    • html5-qrcode
    • qrcode
    • Vercel
  5. PRJ-008software

    LLM Evaluation Framework

Local framework for evaluating and comparing LLMs using semantic similarity scoring, LLM-as-judge, and hallucination detection. Supports multi-model comparison with a live Streamlit dashboard.

    Built with

    • Python
    • Ollama
    • Sentence Transformers
    • Streamlit
    • scikit-learn
